Job Title: Operations Associate
Organization: School of Business and Nonprofit Management, North Park University
The Operations Associate works in conjunction with the Operations Coordinator to provide office and support services for the School of Business and Nonprofit Management. The Office Coordinator also provides direct administrative support for the Director and Dean of the School. This position works 29 hours a week; must be able to work until 6:30pm, Monday – Thursday.

Self-starter with a high degree of ownership.
Strong organizational skills/detailed oriented.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong interest in working in a student centered office.
Must be able to work well under pressure and handle a variety of projects simultaneously.
Ability to relate well to a variety of personality types is essential.
Possess a high level of professionalism and maturity due to the confidential and sensitive office material and information.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and understand and follow complex directions.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases needed, Datatel a plus.
Personal commitment to North Park’s mission of Christian higher education.
Ability to climb stairs into office area and lift up to 20 pound.
